At Red Aspen, we want you to love your beauty products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that certain beauty and personal care items may be subject to health and safety restrictions regarding eligibility.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your beauty products in their original packaging or a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit, including a copy of your packing slip.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
